Use license

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Zyumer Labs's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Subscriptions

twidge Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, with monthly and annual plans. Some plans may include a free trial or an introductory price. The price and length of each plan are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the plan's current price. Apple tells you before a price increase and, where required, asks you to agree.
• If you are on a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Deleting your twidge account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it in your Apple ID settings first.
• Apple handles refunds under its own policies. You can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disclaimer

The materials on Zyumer Labs's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Zyumer Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Zyumer Labs or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zyumer Labs's website, even if Zyumer Labs or a Zyumer Labs authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Zyumer Labs's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zyumer Labs does not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. Zyumer Labs may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Unless otherwise stated, Zyumer Labs owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from your browser, but you are not permitted to download or save or transmit copies unless you have permission from Zyumer Labs.
